Green peas take on a new avatar, forming the gravy for this innovative dish. Beware, the bowl will be empty even before you know it!
- Combine the oil, green peas purée, green chillies and ginger in a microwave-proof bowl and microwave on high for 2 minutes.
- Add the tomato purée, tomatoes, punjabi chole masala,chilli powder, potatoes, salt and ¾ cup of water, mix well and microwave on high for 1 minute.
- Serve hot garnished with coriander.
