A tongue tickling Hara chana chaat with boiled hara chana tossed with lime juice, chopped onion, green chillies and tomatoes. A spicy chaat recipe which can also be enjoyed with beaten curd as topping or simply as a salad.
- Heat the butter in a pan, add the onions and sauté till the onions turn translucent.
- Add the green chillies, green chana, tomatoes, chaat masala and salt and sauté for a further 2 minutes.
- Add the lemon juice, coriander and mix well.
- Serve hot garnished with the crushed papadis and sev.
