Handva recipe - How to make Handva
Cooking Time: Total Time:
dhokla / idli batter 3 cups
1/2 cup grated carrot
1/2 cup grated dudhi
1/2 cup onion fine chopped
few green peas
1 small tomato fine chopped
coriender fine chopped
1 teaspoon ginger garlic chilli paste salt to taste
pinch of fruit salt(soda)
Rai and jeera oil
- Add all the above ingredient in the dhokla batter. then take 1 tea spoon of oil in thick kadai add 1 tea spoon of rai and jeera in it .when it crackles add 1 big table spoon of batter in it and spread evenly thin.cover the vessle and cook both side on medium flame till 2 to 3 minutes.
- Serve with sause or green chutny.
