Ingredients
Method

  1. Mix gur powdered and ilaychi powder ,dry fruits 2-3table spoon
  2. Knead atta with water soft smooth
  3. Divide in 5-6 balls
  4. Roll chappati ,brush with oil
  5. Spread gur on half side
  6. Fold half side on half ,where gur is spread ,close sides
  7. On tava roast doda like paratha ,when both sides are brown ,apply oil on both sides
