Learn the art to prepare the perfect and best tasting Gulab Jamun, the sweet chenna based deep fried balls which are simmered in sugar syrup and typically served hot as a lovely dessert item.
- Boil the potato and smash it.add milk powder to it.milk power should be little more than smashed potato.add baking soda and mix these ing.
- Make small balls and deep fry.
- Make sugar syrup and keep it aside ,put fry balls into sugar syrup which has kesar in it too..cool and serve.
- Different about this receipe from normal gulab jamboon is it is made with potato and milk powder.
