For The Guacamole
1 avocado , scooped and mashed
1 tomato , finely chopped
1 clove garlic (lehsun) , finely chopped
2 green chillies , finely chopped
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp curds (dahi)
1 tbsp olive oil
salt to taste

For Crispy Onions
2 onions , sliced
1 tbsp rice flour (chawal ka atta)
salt to taste
1/2 tsp chaat masala
oil to fry

Other Ingredients
8 bread slices
For the Guacamole

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix gently.
  2. Keep aside.

For the crispy onions

    For the crispy onions
  1. Combine the rice flour, 2 cups water and salt in a bowl and make a smooth paste.
  2. Add the onions, mix well and keep aside.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan, add the onions and till they turn crisp and golden brown in colour.
  4. Transfer in a plate and sprinkle some chaat masala on them. Keep aside.

How to proceed

    How to proceed
  1. Place 4 bread slices on a clean and dry surface.
  2. Spread equal quantities of guacamole on it and sprinkle equal quantities of crispy onions on top.
  3. Place the remaining bread slices on top.
  4. Serve immediately or grilled.
