250 gms of Spinach (blanched)
1 bunch of mint
5 green chillies (deseeded)
2 tblspoon ginger garlic paste
4 bread slices
salt to taste

  1. Grind spinach, mint, chillies, ginger garlic paste, besan, milk & salt into a paste.pour in a bowl dip the slices of bread 7 grill or cook using very little oil on a non stick pan. serve hot with tomato ketchup
