Grilled Sweet Potato is a scrumptious snack made using this beneficial veggie. Simple and easy to make, this snack features slices of parboiled, unpeeled sweet potatoes grilled to perfection and bathed in a tongue-tickling dressing with hints of tang, spice and sweetness.

- Heat ½ tsp of olive oil in a grill pan and arrange 8 sweet potato slices and cook on medium flame for 4 to 5 minutes or till it becomes light brown in colour.
- Repeat step 1 to make one more batch of the grilled sweet potato slices.
- Arrange these slices on a serving plate and pour the prepared dressing evenly all over it.
- Serve immediately.
