Scrumptious, grilled paneer that is worthy of being classified as gourmet food! it is quite rich although made only with low-fat paneer, and should ideally be an occasional treat, not everyday fare.

I have a doubt that worcestershire sauce contains anchovy fish. I have seen making of worcestershire sauce in a TV show. Is it true? What is the vegetarian option for worcestershire sauce ?

The image tempted me to try this recipe....yummy!The well balanced flavours of the barbeque sauce, garlic, spring onions and the lemon rind give the grilled paneer a unique taste.
