Paneer is an all time favourite with everyone. . . And this recipe is bound to get tongues on fire with its exquisite blend of tastes!
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Allow marinating for at least 15 minutes.
- Arrange the paneer cubes neatly onto 4 wooden skewers and grill them over a charcoal or electric barbecue till they are lightly browned on all sides. You can also cook them on a non-stick pan.
- Serve hot.
