Green tomato chutney serves best accompaniment for parathas or chapatis.
- Combine all the ingredients in a deep pan and cook on a medium flame till it reduce to half, keep stirring in between while cooking.
- Remove from the flame when it turns thick.
- Serve hot or chill.
