This soup has all the Christmas colors in it and it will also spice up the cool winters.
- Heat the oil in a deep non-stick pan, add the green garlic and saute for 1 minute.
- Add the salt, water and bring it to boil.
- Add all other ingredients and simmer for a minute.
- Serve hot garnished with cumin seeds powder, pepper and paneer.
