A curry for the mushroom lovers.
- Heat the ghee and fry the onion until golden.
- Add the garlic and fry for 30 seconds.
- Add the paste and fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add the green peas, mushrooms, raisins, cream, curds, 1/2 teacup of water and salt and cook for 5 minutes.
- Serve hot.
