Ingredients

For The Orange and Mint Sauce
3/4 cup orange juice
1 tsp arrowroot (paniphal) flour
2 tsp chopped mint leaves (phudina) leaves
sugar to taste
a drop of orange-red food colour

Other Ingredients
4 cups green melon scoops

For The Garnish
a few mint sprigs
Method
For the orange and mint sauce

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a non-stick pan, and cook while stirring continuously, till the mixture becomes thick and smooth.
  2. Strain and keep aside.

How to proceed

  1. Arrange the melon scoops into 4 individual serving bowls, spoon some of the sauce over the melon.
  2. Serve chilled garnished with mint sprigs.
