An easy but flavouful sauce, which does not even require blending! Just toss all the ingredients together, and voila your tangy and spicy sauce is ready. Ingredients like garlic and green chillies, which are typically used in Oriental cooking, are brought together with peppy lemon juice and vinegar to make this exciting sauce, whose flavour is balanced beautifully with a spoonful of sugar. Store in this in your refrigerator, handy for use in Chinese cooking.
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Adjust the sweetness as required. Store refrigerated in an air-tight container. Use as required.
