Green Garlic Potatoes recipe - How to make Green Garlic Potatoes

200 gms potatoes , cubed
1/4 cup chopped green garlic (hara lehsun)
salt to taste
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp coriander (dhania) powder
1 tsp roasted cumin seeds (jeera) powder
oil for cooking
  1. Sprinkle a little salt over the potatoes and keep it aside for 5 mins.
  2. Heat the oil in a kadhai and deep fry the potatoes till golden brown and crisp.
  3. Drain on an absorbent paper and add the green garlic, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder and cumin seeds powder and mix well.
  4. Serve hot with chappati or with a bread and with some papads.
