Green Garlic Potatoes

A vegetable with a difference, which can also be served as a snack.
- Sprinkle a little salt over the potatoes and keep it aside for 5 mins.
- Heat the oil in a kadhai and deep fry the potatoes till golden brown and crisp.
- Drain on an absorbent paper and add the green garlic, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder and cumin seeds powder and mix well.
- Serve hot with chappati or with a bread and with some papads.
