Green Garlic Mayonnaise

Spring is a wonderful season, for it brings us rare treats such as green garlic ..... Green garlic has a milder flavour compared to dried ones, I have made use of this wonderful ingredient to make make delicious Green Garlic Mayonnaise.
- Whirl all the ingredients except oil in food processor with the metal blade.
- With machine running, add oil in thin steady stream through opening until all oil is completely incorporated.
- If the food pusher has that little hole , use it by pouring the oil into that, it works great.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
