Ingredients

1/2 lb fresh french beans , finely chopped
1 onion , chopped
4 to 5 green chillies , slit
2 tbsp lemon juice
4 tbsp grated coconut
salt to taste
1 tbsp oil
Method


  1. Fry the beans with very little oil until tender or microwave the beans first & then fry.
  2. Remove from heat and add onions, green chilies, salt, grated coconut & lemon juice.
  3. Serve immediately or chilled
