Grapy Yogurt Dip recipe - How to make Grapy Yogurt Dip

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 4 cups

Ingredients
4 cups hung curds (dahi)
10 to 12 red grapes
10 to 12 black grapes
16 to 18 green grapes
6 green chillies
2 tbsp oil
6 tbsp pomegranate
1 tsp white pepper powder
4 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania) leaves
salt to taste
Method
    Method
  1. Hang yogurt for 15 to 20 minutes in a muslin cloth.
  2. Remove and whisk till smooth.
  3. Slit green chillies, remove the seeds and finely chop them.
  4. Remove the seeds of the red grapes.
  5. Pour oil on grapes,toss well so that all the grapes are covered with oil very well and cook them on the griddle for 4-5 minutes.
  6. Remove and keep aside. Crush them in a blender with pomegranate seeds.
  7. Add this to the yogurt and mix well.
  8. Add chopped green chillies, salt and pepper powder and mix well.
  9. Add chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
  10. Serve with chips of your choice.
