Ingredients
Method

  1. Heat a kadahi. fry the poha till golden.
  2. Cool and powder it coarsely.
  3. Take a bowl. empty the powdered poha.
  4. Add the food colour and mix with warm water to wet the poha mixture.
  5. Take care not to make it soggy. mix well with hands.
  6. Melt the jaggery in a pan and make a syrup of thread consistency.
  7. Add the poha, stir well and turn off the gas.
  8. Add the powdered cardamom .
  9. Cover and keep for 5 mins.
  10. Mix well and garnish with fried coconut.
  11. Your dish is ready for serving.
