Gold Coin Tukra recipe - How to make Gold Coin Tukra

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 4 servings

Ingredients
8 slices sandwich bread
1 cup milk powder
1 cup milk
1/2 cup nuts
2-3 drops kewda essence
1/2 cup ghee
2-3 drops yellow food colour
Method
    Method
  1. Bring the milk to boil and add the milk powder, while stirring continuously.
  2. Blend using a hand blender and mix well. Keep aside.
  3. Combine the nuts to 2 tbsp milk and mix well to make a thick paste.
  4. Add this paste in to milk mixture and blend well.
  5. Make 8 coins of bread with help of cookie cutter and deep fry them in ghee till they turn golden brown and crisp.
  6. Dip these coins in milk mixture arrange in flatter and garnish with nuts.
  7. Serve hot or cold.
