250g broken wheat, 150gm jaggery, Ghee -1 cup, milk-1 cup, elachi 4-5, cashew, badam, raisens, dry cocunut grated-1/2 cup.

  1. Fry the broken wheat with little ghee. cook the broken wheat with water for about 10-15 minutes. fry cashew, raisens and badam in ghee until they are golden brown. add milk, cashew, badam, raisens, jaggery, ghee to the cooked wheat and mix well. heat the mixture for about 15 min. then granish with elachi, grated dry cocunut and serve hot. delicious
