  1. Heat ghee in a vessel and add mustard seeds. When the mustards seeds have spluttered add haldi, hing, jeera, pepper , red chilli and curry leaves.
  2. Leave it for 20 to 30 secs and add toor dal. Leave that for 20 to 30 secs until the raw smell is gone and add 6 tumblers of water.
  3. When the water starts to boil add tamarind and jaggery and let the whole
