Method

  1. Boil the vegetables except tomato and peas.
  2. Crackle mustard and urud dal. add asafoetida and onions and saute till golden brown.
  3. Add the tomatoes and saute for some more time.
  4. Now add all the vegetables, a pinch of turmeric, chilli powder and salt and mix.
  5. Keep sauting until everything combines.
  6. Put off the flame and a tsp of lemon juice to add to add to the flavor.
  7. Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves.
  8. Serve hot.
