Glorius Corn Sandwich recipe - How to make Glorius Corn Sandwich


Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 4 sandhwiches


To Be Ground To A Paste
3/4 cup paneer (cottage cheese)
2 tbsp cheese
2 tbsp curds (dahi)
1/2 tsp mustard (rai / sarson) powder
2 tsp vinegar
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper powder powder
1 tbsp sugar
salt to taste

Other Ingredients
2 cups boiled sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
1/2 cup chopped pineapple
2 tbsp chopped green capsicum
1 tsp chopped green chillies
salt to taste
8 slices bread
butter to apply on bread
  1. In a bowl mix all the other ingredients except bread and butter and also put the dressing prepared and mix well and keep aside.
  2. Apply butter on one side of the bread and apply the stuffing prepared on the other side of the bread.
  3. Top with the other slice of the bread buttered and grill for 2 minutes and serve hot.
  4. Make sure that the buttered side of the second bread is on the upper side.
  5. Similarly repeat to make 3 more sandwiches.
