A tangy sour chutney made ginger and garlic. . You can also add tamarind to make this more tangy and sour!
Method- Peel the ginger, garlic and onions and cut them into small pieces.
- Combine all the ingredients and blend in a mixer into a smooth paste.
- Serve it with plain white rice with little gingely oil.
