1 tsp grated ginger (adrak)
3/4 cup hot water
Method
  1. Combine the ginger and hot water in a glass, cover with a lid and keep aside for 5 minutes.
  2. Strain the mixture and serve immediately.

I use this tea often as ginger is a super ingredient for fighting inflammation as all of us have some form of inflammation in the body. Also the best time to have it is in the morning.
