Ginger Cantaloupe Drink, melons are hydrating, the lemon juice provide the required freshness, ginger adds flavor and blends well the other ingredients. In all what you get is a healthy and refreshing summer drink! An excellent way to intake vitamins A and C and replenish your body.
- In a pan boil the water along with sugar and ginger. Once the sugar has dissolved take it off the flame.
- Strain the sugar syrup and keep aside to cool.
- Add the cantaloupe juice, lemon juice and sugar syrup.
- Refrigerate to chill.
- Serve garnish with mint and melon slices.
