A Bengali style recipe which is enjoyed as a snack by most. Not being cooked in too much oil, it is healthy.

The masalas and the final touch of coriander, on the other hand, adds to the appeal and taste. It's quite satiating thus avoiding munching on other fried snacks.

It''s a Bengali snack recipe but can be enjoyed as a subzi with wheat flour rotis too. It''s full of flavours and does not need any other accompaniment.
