A very simple recipe but too soothing when eaten along with the meals, it can also be a good filler for people (the weight watchers) who want to avoid a meal and just feel like having something light and refreshing, no story as such to share along with this post. . Felt like adding to my journal coz it's too tasty and healthy yogurt recipe. . . "the ghiya ka raita"

  1. Pressure cook the bottle gourd little water for 1 whistle or till soft.
  2. Stain, cool and add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. Serve chilled.
