Its our family's traditional recipe that goes well with idli or dosa!
- Spread the coconut on a clean dry surface and dry under the sun for 5 hours.
- Combine the salt, coconut, chilli powder and garlic and blend in a mixer to a coarse mixture.
- Serve immediately or store refrigerated.
