Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 1 cup

1/2 cup garlic (lehsun) cloves , peeled
6 tbsp chilli powder
1 tsp lemon juice
salt to taste
  1. Combine all the ingredients and blend in a mixer to a smooth paste, using very little water.
  2. Store refrigerated in an air-tight container and use as required.

This chutney recipe taste superb with any Indian starter, it gives that extra touch to a recipe and it is def worth a try !!
