Gajeer ka halwa or gajar halwa is a popular winter special sweet dish, common in northern states of India. The grated gajjar or carrots are stir fried in pure ghee and then cooked till done with khoya,sugar and milk.

  1. Wash carrots and great all carrot
  2. Put the pot and put it on flame
  3. Dry it for 5mint. then add powder milk and heat it for 10 mint.
  4. Then add some chooped dry fruits and off the flame then add suger powder.
