  1. Heat the ghee in a kadhai, add the cashews, pistachios and raisins and saute till they turn golden brown.
  2. Add the carrots and saute till the carrots shrink.
  3. Add the milk, mix well and cook till the milk is absorbed.
  4. Remove from the flame, add the sugar and condensed milk and mix well.
  5. Add the cardmom powder and saute for 2 minutes.
  6. Serve hot or chilled.
