Gaaj Tenga recipe - How to make Gaaj Tenga

Rahu Fish 4 pieces
Kahrisa 2 tablespoons
salt to taste
garlic (lehsun) cloves
green chillies
Mustard oil 1 tablespoon
Turmeric powder half tsp.

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Fry fish till brown.remove and keep aside.
  3. Add green chilli and garlic pods to the hot oil.
  4. Add turmeric powder and salt.
  5. Stir for a minute.
  6. Add kharisa.
  7. Add 2 cups of water.
  8. Add fried fish after a minute.
  9. Serve with rice.
