An interesting and colourful salad made from fibre rich ingredients like apple, cauliflower and dates further well complemented with an orange dressing. Cleanse your system with this fibre rich Fruity Vegetable Salad.
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Refrigerate for at least an hour. Keep aside.
- Steam the cauliflower florets in a steamer for 8 to 10 minutes and cool completely.
- Transfer the cauliflower florets into a bowl, add the oil, vinegar, salt and pepper, mix well and keep aside to marinate for 5 minutes.
- Add all the remaining ingredients including the dressing and mix well.
- Serve immediately.
