Ingredients

To Be Soaked and Ground Together For Thandai Masala
2 tsp fennel seeds (saunf)
3 to 4 peppercorns (kalimirch)
2 tsp poppy seeds (khus-khus)
1/2 tsp cardamom (elaichi) powder
2 tsp dry rose petals

Other Ingredients
2 cups coconut milk
1 cup pineapple juice
4 tbsp sugar
ice cubes as needed
few coconut pieces and fresh rose petals for garnishing
Method
For the thandai masala

    For the thandai masala
  1. Strain the blended mixture using a sieve for two times.
  2. Discards the residue and keep the thandai masala water aside.

How to proceed

  1. Combine the coconut milk, pineapple juice and sugar in a blender and blend till smooth.
  2. Add the thandai masala water and blend again.
  3. Place the ice cubes in cocktail glasses, pour the fruity thandai over them.
  4. Serve chilled garnished with coconut pieces and fresh rose petals.
