  1. Apply salt and pepper to sliced fruits and keep aside.
  2. Combine all the ingredients for batter and rest it for few minutes. Keep the batter semi thin smooth flow.
  3. Keep oil to heat.
  4. Cover each fruit piece with the batter and deep fry it until crispy and lightly pinkish.
  5. Garnish it with anar dana and serve it with lemon juice and phudina chutney.
