Ingredients
1 cup chopped mixed fresh fruits
a few basil leaves
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup orange liquor
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon (dalchini) powder
2 tsp olive oil

To Serve
warm sponge cake
4 scoops vanilla ice-cream
4 tbsp toasted almonds (badam)

To Garnish
grated milk chocolate
Method
    Method
  1. Heat the olive oil in a pan, add the fruits, basil leaves, cinnamon powder, brown sugar, orange juice and mix well on a high flame for 2 to 4 minutes.
  2. Add the liquor and flambe it with an open flame lighter.
  3. Keep it away from your face and clothes and be slow and carefull.
  4. Keep back the pan on stove and let the flambe go off gradually.
  5. Serve the plate topped with sponge cake, ice cream and almonds.
  6. Sprinkle grated milk chocolate while serving.
