Fruit ice recipe - How to make Fruit ice

1 medium sized Round or rectangle sponge cake.
1 1/2 cup Fresh thick cream
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp tutti fruity.
2 tbsps Powdered sugar
3 tbsps crushed strawberries
2 Kiwi sliced
1 mango cubed.
5 Strawberries sliced
4 tinned Pineapple slices into small pieces
1/2 cup sliced sweet grapes.
1/2 cup mixed sliced nuts(almonds ,pistachious,cashew nuts, raisins)
1/2 cup dark chocolate grated.
1/2 cup white chocolate grated

  1. Whisk cream with sugar till peaks are formed.
  2. Add the fruit pieces.sliced nuts,
  3. Stir in gently crushed strawberries,honey, dark chocolate and white chocolate.
  4. Freeze for 4 hours.
  5. Take out from fridge spoon the ice cream on the cake generously and refreeze for 2 hours.
  6. Cut into slices and serve with grated white and dark chocolate
