Fruit ice recipe - How to make Fruit ice

1 medium sized Round or rectangle sponge cake.
1 1/2 cup Fresh thick cream
2 tbsp honey1 tbsp tutti fruity.
2 tbsps Powdered sugar
3 tbsps crushed strawberries
2 Kiwi sliced
1 mango cubed.
5 Strawberries sliced
4 tinned Pineapple slices into small pieces
1/2 cup sliced sweet grapes.
1/2 cup mixed sliced nuts(almonds ,pistachious,cashew nuts, raisins)
1/2 cup dark chocolate grated.
1/2 cup white chocolate grated
- Whisk cream with sugar till peaks are formed.
- Add the fruit pieces.sliced nuts,
- Stir in gently crushed strawberries,honey, dark chocolate and white chocolate.
- Freeze for 4 hours.
- Take out from fridge spoon the ice cream on the cake generously and refreeze for 2 hours.
- Cut into slices and serve with grated white and dark chocolate
