This is a spagetti with a unique combination of some fruits and mixed nuts like kaju,badam,akhrot and hazelnut which makes it more nutritious and enjoyable for all.Add a pinch of salt to the water while boiling spaghetti

Ingredients

For The White Sauce
1 tsp butter
1 tbsp plain flour (maida)
1 cup milk
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper powder powder
salt to taste

Other Ingredients
1 1/2 cups boiled spaghetti with a pinch of salt added to water while boiling
1 cup chopped pineapple
1 tsp chopped cashew
1 tsp chopped almonds (badam)
1 tsp chopped walnuts (akhrot)
1 tsp chopped hazelnut
3 cubes grated processed cheese
1/4 tsp nutmeg (jaiphal) powder
1 tsp brown sugar
1/2 cup sliced apples
Method
For the white sauce

  1. Heat butter in a pan and put maida and fry till pink and put milk.
  2. Cook till the sauce is of medium thick consistency.
  3. Put pepper powder and salt mix well and keep aside.

How to proceed

  1. Take a greased baking tray and put the prepared white sauce to make a layer.
  2. Put the boiled spaghetti on the white sauce and spread evenly.
  3. Arrange the chopped pineapple on the spaghetti and sprinkle all the nuts.
  4. Also sprinkle the grated cheese on top of the nuts.
  5. On the cheese layer arrange the apple slices and sprinkle nutmeg powder and brown sugar on top.
  6. Bake this in a hot oven for 200 c for 15 minutes or till the cheese melts and serve hot.
