Fruit and chana salad recipe is a good way of having healthful protein dense kabuli chana along with fresh fruits on your platter. A tasty crunchy salad recipe with soft and cooked chickpeas tossed with crunchy diced fresh fruits, the fruit and chana is a healthy and tasty salad recipe.
- Combine all the ingredients except the salt and pepper and refrigerated to chill.
- Just before serving, add salt and pepper and mix well.
- Serve chilled.
