Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 4 servings

1/2 cup cooked kabuli chana (white chick peas)
1/2 cup sliced cucumber
1/2 cup orange segments
1/2 cup sliced onions
1/2 cup lettuce , torn
1/2 cup sliced tomatoes
1 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
salt and to taste
  1. Combine all the ingredients except the salt and pepper and refrigerated to chill.
  2. Just before serving, add salt and pepper and mix well.
  3. Serve chilled.
