Fruit Slush recipe - How to make Fruit Slush


Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 2 to 3 servings

2 kiwi
2 tbsp brown sugar
200 ml milk
  1. Peel the kiwi and squeeze out the juice.
  2. Combine the juice with the fiber, add the brown sugar and milk and blend using a hand blender.
  3. Serve chilled.
