Fruit Pakodas recipe - How to make Fruit Pakodas

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 4 servings

1/4 cup mango cubes
1/4 cup bananas cubes
1/4 cup apple cubes
1/4 cup grapes
1 cup besan (bengal gram flour)
3 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
salt to taste
  1. Make a thick paste of Besan, by adding chilli powder and turmeric powder along with salt by adding enough water.
  2. Heat oil and fry these fruit pieces by dipping them in the batter till golden brown.
  3. Serve Hot.
