Enjoy the crispy fried vegetable recipe, fried bhindi as starter or main course side dish.
- Slit the ladies finger vertically, making sure that the ladies finger are attached from one end.
- Heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry the bhindis till they turn golden brown and crisp.
- Add all the spices and toss well.
- Serve hot.
