Makes 4 servings (4serving )
- Heat the oil in a deep non-stick pan, dip the banana strips into the batter and deep-fry in hot oil, a few at a time on a medium flame, till they turn golden brown in colour from all the sides. Drain on an absorbent paper and keep aside.
- Arrange the fried bananas on a big serving plate, top it with 4 scoops of vanilla ice-cream and finally sprinkle a little brown sugar evenly over it.
- Serve immediately.
