Fresh Mango Salsa recipe - How to make Fresh Mango Salsa

1 semi ripe mango
1 onion
1 red capsicum
2 to 3 green chillies
1 small lemon
chopped coriander (dhania) leaves
1 tsp sugar
salt to taste
  1. Peel and chop mangoes finely and put in a bowl.
  2. Chop onions, red capsicum and green chillies finely and add to the mango pieces.
  3. Add the lime juice, salt and coriander leaves and mix well.
  4. Set aside for about an hour before serving so that all the flavors are absorbed.
  5. Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
