It is so colourful that all kids likes it so much the kids who don't like to eat. Tip we can only use coriander to make green chutney andspicy too.

Freedom Sandwiches recipe - How to make Freedom Sandwiches

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 3 servings

spread for saffron (kesar) strands color:
3/4 cup carrot , grated
2 tbsp cheese spread
salt and to taste
spread for white color:
1 apple , grated
1 tbsp cheese spread
salt to taste
a pinch of freshly ground black pepper powder

To Be Mixed and Blenderised
spread for green color:
1/2 cup coriander (dhania)
1/4 cup mint leaves (phudina)
2 to 3 green chillies
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp sugar
the above spread for green color has
to be blended in a mixer.

Other Ingredients
12 bread slices
  1. Apply saffron spread on one slice of breadand sandwich with other slice.
  2. On the third slice of bread apply apple spread and make it with fourth.
  3. Same thing again but this time with green chutney.
  4. Cut into triangles
  5. Decorate it with grated cabbage,carrot and mint your freedom sandwiches are ready to be served with green chutney or with tomato ketchup.
