Makes 4 serving
- Soak dates in chilled milk for 10 minutes.
- Wash and cut fig into 4 pieces.
- Combine all the above smoothie ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth an frothy.
- Pour into long chilled glasses and enjoy this fragrant smoothie.
