Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 8 to 10 tablespoons

  1. Dry roast flax seeds on a pan for 3-4 minutes. Then add all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Blend all the ingredients in a mixer to a fine powder.
  3. Use as required.
